Caring for your watch

Each WOWAT piece is hand-turned from natural wood. A few things to keep in mind:

• Avoid prolonged water contact. 3 ATM splash-rated only — not for swimming or showers.
• Oil it once a year. A drop of food-grade mineral oil rubbed in with a soft cloth keeps the grain alive.
• Store flat or hung. Sunlight darkens the wood over time — some love this, some don't.
• Battery: every 2–3 years. Any local watchmaker can swap the Japanese quartz cell.
